Armory Instructions

This new and improved service is available to CSC Inc/CFA members and all other fencers regardless of club affiliation. Equipment can be dropped off at CFA in our self-service bin, or may be shipped to us. Non-member fencers who drop off equipment at CFA will be called upon completion for payment and pick-up. If you want it shipped you will be called with the total amount to be paid including shipping fees, and a $5.00 service fee for packaging & mailing. It will be sent when payment is received. Equipment can be dropped off and picked up at CFA Mon-Fri between 5:00-9:00 PM and Sat 10:00-1:30 PM. Do not bother staff or coaches about armory repairs in the academy if possible - Just follow the directions below. You may talk to your personal coach for recommendations before or after practice. How To Get Your Equipment or Uniform Repaired

Make sure your equipment has your name permanently marked on it.

Fill out the armory request form and put it in an envelope. Date it.

Attach envelope to equipment with twist tie.

Put broken equipment in drop off bin.
3-4 working days is the standard turnaround time. 5-7 days is maximum turnaround time.
1-2 day express service is available for additional fee. Please note on request form.

How To Get Your Equipment or Uniform Back

Locate your equipment in the armory bin.

Prepare payment.
CASH is most appreciated. If paying by check make payable to CSCInc & please make a note in the check memo "armory or equipment repair"

Put your payment in the envelope. Then put it in black payment box BEFORE taking the repaired equipment.

Take your invoice, and test your equipment.
We have a 30-day guarantee on original repairs.
CSCInc/CFA is not responsible for unlabeled or stolen equipment.
